VENT-OPENING MECHANISMS

Quality and Reliability

Van der Valk Systemen is the only specialised company that has completely dedicated itself to the development of vent-opening mechanisms for horticultural greenhouses. For example Van der Valk Systemen has developed a completely automated production process for the production of high-quality Valk-Plus® push rods. Thanks to the high accuracy of these push rods and the carefully conceived Stabimax mechanism® the vent-opening mechanism can be more accurately guided and vents close better. These mechanisms can now be installed in many different types of greenhouses. From standard ventilation of a Venlo greenhouse to the opening of complete roof halves of cabrio greenhouses.

How you benefit: a constant climate and less energy loss!

THE VENT-OPENING MECHANISM OF THE FUTURE

THE VENT-OPENING MECHANISM OF THE FUTUREGreenhouses are becoming higher and larger. And therefore the vents and the associated forces as well. The Valk-Plus® push rods, the Stabimax® hinge element and the Stabimax® clamp are the answer to this problem.

The push rod is unique because it is constructed to exactly the right size and is completely matched to the covering mechanism of your choice. The Stabimax® hinge element is unique as due to its sophisticated shape it firmly holds the push rods together. And the Stabimax® clamp is unique as due to its broad and sturdy construction it ensures a torsion-free attachment to the push-pull tube.

The result? Vents that close perfectly throughout the greenhouse's lifetime, less gear-rack wear, less energy loss and as a consequence of these factors a more constant greenhouse climate.

AUTOMATED PRODUCTION PROCESS

The Valk-Plus® push rods are manufactured in a new and completely automated production process.

During this process the rods are subjected to a large number of unique treatments: they receive a reinforced joggle so that they can withstand considerable forces, the joggles are bent with considerable precision to the angle necessary for your covering mechanism, they receive condensation holes to prevent frost damage and they are given a unique article code for a quick assembly and problem-free reorders.
