Valk-Triple-Plus®

For 20 years now, the CLIP-screen profiles supplied by Van der Valk Systems already form the industry standard where functionality and reliability are required. However, the market gardening industry is constantly ‘on the move’ and the requirements of cultivators and installation companies adapt accordingly. Van der Valk Systems has therefore developed a new screen profile that is revolutionary in three ways.

Smaller screen package
The CLIP45-screen profile most often used is slim-line at the top and broader at the underside. The broad underside enhances the profile’s strength and also acts as a 'scoop' when the screen is folded into a package. Because the screens first contract, a new screen is mounted somewhat 'slack'. This means that, initially, the screen cannot be folded into the smallest possible package. However, using the Valk-Triple-Plus screen profile, this is possible. This profile has a broad top side. Gravity ensures that the screen package is accommodated to provide an optimum effect in the lower space, so that it already assumes its smallest dimensions directly after installation.


Wire guide blocks
As in the recently introduced SunMax® screen profiles, the Valk-Triple-Plus profile is also provided with chambers on both sides so that plastic wire guide blocks can be readily fitted. The blocks can be moved sideways in the profile, along with the wires, so that the system operates more smoothly. The blocks also ensure that the atlas wires cannot come into contact with the screen profile, so there can be no black stripes on the screen as a result. 

‘Ready to fit’
Because of its design, the Valk-Triple-Plus screen profile can be stacked in a unique manner, so that the prefabricated profiles can be provided with sealing rubbers. In a nutshell, Valk-Triple-Plus screen profiles are supplied ‘ready to fit’, so that the installer is saved a considerable amount of time and work.
