Clip-on intermediate profile and plastic profile protector

Ever more cultivators require 2 or even 3 screen systems. Due to the wide variety of available cropping systems used in conjunction with one another, there is sometimes insufficient space in the trellis, or, due to the need to save on costs, many people often opt for two screens on the same screen bed. For such systems Van der Valk Systems has developed two new products.  Firstly, we have the plastic profile protector. This prevents the one system's tensioning wires coming into contact with (and cutting into) the screen profile of another other system. This ensures the smooth and consistent operation of both screening systems.



Sometimes, it is desirable to switch directly over from one screen to another without gaps being created. Van der Valk Systems has specially developed a CLIP-intermediate profile for this purpose, whereby the desired screens are attached to both sides of the profile. The new CLIP-intermediate profile has chambers on the upper and lower sides to accommodate the wire guide blocks that are often requested.
